Kick off the weekend with Rise Gatherings co-founders Rachel and Tami as they guide you through activities that help you feel grounded, inspired and more connected to yourself and other women.
Join Aubrey for a 30 minute evening breath practice as we step into the present moment, flowing from one breath to the next. We will invite flow into our lives as we breathe through shifting realities of ourselves and the world.
Experience a fun-filled total body workout! Marie, Inspirational Movement Coach, will have you embracing your own strength as she challenges you to extend yourself further. Open to all levels for we are all our own masterpieces evolving!
Join Kimmay, Self Love Coach and Undergarment Educator for a dynamic workshop on the 9 facets that make up true confidence and how to uncover your version of your most confident self!
Julia, founder of The Forest Bathing Club and author of The Healing Magic of Forest Bathing, will guide us to our own true nature in a virtual forest bathing experience. Join from inside your home or outside — if you’re outside, find a comfortable spot where you can lay down and rest.
Margot leads a shake your soul warm up to reconnect to your inner dancer…followed by a Rise style dance party. Let go of your reasons to say ‘no’ and show up for a true Rise experience you won’t forget! Open to all ages and humans! Invite your family and friends to join you!

Join Jenny for an accessible yoga/movement class that grounds and uplifts you by exploring how postures in your body are both challenging and supportive, and how everything we think, feel and do is connected.
