Explore the ancient and fascinating health science known as Ayurveda (the sister science to yoga) to understand yourself and your unique constitution, and the diet and lifestyle that best supports you.

7:45 – 8:45: Closing Intention Setting Ceremony led by Rise Gatherings Co-Creators
Set your intentions ablaze at our fire burning ceremony outside with music by Sagit Zilberman, who will be serenading us all night with her musical brilliance!
9:00: We honor you for showing up and sinking into this beautiful night with us!
Lisa, MOYO’s Ayurvedic Health Counselor will also be offering Mini Marma Point Therapy Sessions
Similar to accupressure, this beautiful therapy comes to us from the ancient health system known as Ayurveda, and will focus on unblocking energy with the use of deliciously warm, herbal oils massaged at specific points throughout the head. ($20 per 15 minute session)
